Is the puma v1.08 trainer an indoor AND outdoor soccer shoe?
and if it's not both, then does anyone know of any great indoor soccer shoes? or shoes that are both outdoor and indoor shoes?

Just FYI the fact that it is a trainer means that its meant for running and going through running drills, not really for playing. Yes it will work on the field in a game, but take a look at something that's meant for indoor.
It will be hard to find a shoe that works indoor as well as outdoor since indoor is usually field turf and outdoor is usually grass. If they are both field turf, though, just look for a turf shoe. My favorite is the Nike T90 Strike II TF (http://www.soccer.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&query=strike&Ne=21&N=4294960675+572+4294959028+4294960567&Product_Id=451193). Fits nicely and has great touch.
I would strongly recommend you get two different pairs of boots, though. I have a pair of regular firm ground shoes for my outdoor games (some on grass, some on field turf) which are my primary ones that I spend good money on (I have Nike Laser II's and Adidas Predator Powerswerve); for my indoor games I use the cheapies like the Laser II TF's.
