should i go for adidas or nike?
Ive been an adidas fan for a very long time now because i think they make the best products but recently i reconverted myself to nike because all my favorite players wear nike robinho, ronaldo, ronaldinho, torres, ibrahimovic... can anyone tell me why? plus all the young hot talents also wear nike dentinho, bojan, pato, balotelli, jovetic. i own adipure, mercurial vapor 4 and nike tiempo II. even tho i consider myself nike i still feel bad about it. my head tells me nike but my heart says Adidas
The pros wear Nike because either they or their team are sponsored by Nike. Nike pays the big bucks to get the big stars. Personally, I have worn both companies' shoes. I'm a little old school and prefer something simple, like the Adidas Copa Mundial or Nike Tiempo's or Legends. Wasn't fond of the Adidas TRX or Absolado's. Predators were so so. For Nike, I also liked the Legends. Haven't tried the 90's.
It should come down to whatever is more comfortable for you to wear. What shoe protects your foot while enabling you to make the cuts and moves you want while playing? That's the shoe and company for you. The rest is just a marketing ploy.
